As Sourcing Manager you will lead procurement efforts for Spain and Portugal, delivering value and ensuring supplier performance. You will partner with Italian stakeholders and collaborate with regional and global Procurement teams to shape sourcing strategies across multiple categories. You’ll manage complex RFPs, supplier relationships, and risk and compliance, enabling operational excellence. This role offers the chance to influence regional spend, drive savings, and strengthen ESG and governance in a multinational environment. You will work hands-on to translate business needs into actionable category plans and ensure cross‑functional alignment.

• Collaborate with Legal/Finance/Compliance on contracting and risk controls
• Negotiate and manage contracts per WTW policy and EU/Italian regulations
• Ensure procurement activities comply with ESG, governance, and risk standards
• Engage as the primary procurement partner for Spain and Portugal, presenting plans and insights
• Track savings and KPIs, drive process optimization and digital procurement initiatives
Responsabilidades
• 7+ years of procurement experience in multinational environment
• Strong knowledge of German commercial law and EU procurement regulations xqbhyrx
• Proven negotiation and contract management skills
• Fluent in Spanish, Portuguese and English (business proficiency)
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Analytical mindset with strong financial and commercial understanding
• Experience with indirect procurement categories (IT, Professional Services, Facilities, HR services) (preferred)
• Knowledge of procurement systems (Ariba, Oracle) (preferred)
• Professional certification (CIPS, CPSM, or equivalent) (preferred)
• Experience in a matrix organization (preferred)
