In this role you drive early-stage engagement and pipeline growth for Autodesk’s EMEA sales. You will identify and nurture potential customers, qualify opportunities, and collaborate with Sales Specialists to move deals through the funnel. You’ll develop knowledge of Autodesk Operations Solutions and stay informed on trends in facilities management, asset lifecycle, and related markets. This is a hands-on, outbound-focused role with a clear impact on revenue and customer outcomes.

• Proactively identify and engage target accounts through outbound channels (email, phone, LinkedIn, events)
• Research accounts and stakeholders to tailor outreach messaging
• Generate qualified meetings and opportunities for Sales Specialists
• Respond to inbound leads and assess fit using defined criteria
• Conduct discovery to understand facility operations challenges and data management needs




• Articulate customer needs and map them to Autodesk value propositions
• Develop working knowledge of Autodesk Operations Solutions products
• Stay informed on market trends in manufacturing, logistics, construction, and smart buildings
• Participate in ongoing product messaging and discovery training
Responsabilidades
• 1–3 years in a BDR/SDR/inside sales or lead development role (B2B SaaS preferred)
• Strong communication skills across phone, video, and written channels
• xqbhyrx Comfort with outbound prospecting and handling rejection
• Organized, metrics-driven, able to manage multiple leads
• Experience using CRM tools (Salesforce or similar) and sales engagement platforms
• English and any other European language (German, Nordics, Dutch)
