In this role you translate mid-term production plans into executable short-term schedules, ensuring material and capacity readiness. You will collaborate across Planning, Purchasing, and Production to optimize throughput and inventory. You’ll monitor daily execution against weekly plans, manage transfers up to the decoupling point, and drive continuous improvement in planning performance. This role offers integral exposure and a chance to influence manufacturing efficiency in a leading consumer and industrial goods company.

• Convert planned orders into firm short-term orders and align with capacity
• Develop short-term production and scheduling plans considering capacity and timing
• Coordinate stock transfers up to the decoupling point with Replenishment Planner
• Monitor daily production vs weekly plans; track availability and adherence; propose corrective actions
• Identify short-term finished goods requirements and provide allocation proposals




• Assist in inventory analysis by reviewing policies and monitoring slow-moving/obsolete stock
• Maintain key manufacturing parameters (capacity constraints) for accurate planning
• Provide inputs for Su0026OE addressing material availability and capacity constraints
• Collaborate with Plant Production Schedulers on scheduling activities
• Coordinate with Purchasing and Material Planning to ensure raw material availability
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance planning performance
Responsabilidades
• Bachelor's xqbhyrx degree in business administration or engineering with focus on supply chain
• 1-2 years of experience in a Supply Planning role or related; FMCG experience advantageous
• Fluent in English and German (oral and written)
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Advanced Excel skills; SAP experience is an advantage
