As a Supplier Quality Engineer at Rondo, you will shape the quality of electrical components and assemblies that power our heat batteries at scale. You partner across Engineering, Supply Chain and Manufacturing to prevent defects and industrialize new products. You drive supplier development, audits, and rigorous quality systems to support rapid global growth. This is a hands-on, cross-functional role with travel to supplier sites and a clear impact on reliability and cost of industrial energy solutions. • Develop and execute the supplier quality strategy for electrical components and assemblies
• Establish scalable supplier qualification, audit, and performance management processes
• Build strong technical relationships with strategic suppliers as the primary quality partner
• Define supplier quality standards, acceptance criteria, and quality documentation
• Qualify new suppliers and audit existing ones in collaboration with supply chain
• Support industrialization of new electrical products from prototype to production
• Ensure manufacturability and production readiness with Engineering and Supply Chain
• Lead supplier activities, production readiness reviews, and process validation
• Review manufacturing processes to improve quality,



throughput, and robustness
• Implement APQP and PPAP methodology
• Lead investigations into supplier-related quality issues and implement permanent corrective actions
• Monitor supplier performance via KPIs and quality metrics
• Reduce field quality issues by preventing upstream defects
• Collaborate with Product Engineering during development and supplier selection
• Approve First Article Inspections (FAI) and supplier qualification activities as appropriate
• Provide technical leadership during supplier visits and manufacturing reviews
• Share lessons learned across suppliers and product lines
Responsabilidades
• 4–8 years (P3) or 7–12 years (P4) of experience in Supplier Quality, Manufacturing Quality, or Supplier Development xqbhyrx
• Experience with electrical or electromechanical components in industrial, energy, automotive, automation, or heavy manufacturing environments
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes for electrical assemblies (cable harnesses, control panels, switchgear, sensors, power electronics, etc.)
• Experience leading supplier audits and driving improvements
• Excellent root cause analysis and corrective action skills (8D, A3, 5 Why, Fishbone)
• Cross-functional collaboration with engineering and supply chain
• Willingness to travel internationally
