In this role you drive impact at scale by shaping data center and AI infrastructure insights for client engagements. You partner with case and proposal teams to codify knowledge, develop IP, and support commercialization while mentoring junior colleagues. You operate within a global, collaborative Vantage team focused on transforming digital infrastructure and AI ecosystems. You’ll help advance BCG’s data center and AI infra narrative and provide strategic advisory to leaders, linking technology to business value.

• Collaborate with case and proposal teams to provide knowledge assets and expert advisory
• Serve as a thought partner and content expert for case teams and topic/sector leaders
• Drive development of intellectual property and knowledge assets to support data centers and AI infrastructure business and commercialization efforts




• Support go-to-market initiatives and proposals with business leaders
• Line manage a team of junior colleagues, including goal setting and career development
• Contribute to the integral team building and stewardship of knowledge on AI infrastructure, semiconductors, and data center facilities
• Advance understanding of data centers, compute, and AI infrastructure for clients and project teams
Responsabilidades
• 3+ years consulting experience in xqbhyrx data centers, semiconductors, or related hardware (or 4+ years minimum industry experience); advanced degree preferred
• Bachelor's Degree required
• Expertise in data center topics such as AI hardware, supply chain/procurement, operations, or infrastructure investment
• Fluency in English; additional languages helpful but not required
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills for global collaboration
