About the Role

We are looking for Dutch-speaking Customer Advisors to join our international team in Lisbon . You will support customers for a global brand, delivering high-quality service via phone, email, chat, or social media, while enjoying life in one of Europe’s most vibrant capitals.

This role is ideal for candidates who want to work abroad , gain international experience, and benefit from a full relocation package .

Your Responsibilities

- Handle inbound customer contacts via multiple channels
- Provide accurate information and solutions in a professional manner
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and brand representation

Requirements
- Native or near-native Dutch speaker
- Good command of English (B2 or higher)




- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Customer-oriented mindset
- Ability to work on-site in Lisbon
- Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not mandatory
