We are a European distribution group specialized in branded health ingredients, for dietary supplements, functional foods, and health-focused consumer products.
The role
Your key role in supporting the growth of our nutraceutical activities across Europe.
Your mission is to act as a strategic link between ingredient manufacturers and customers, helping translate scientific value into clear market positioning and long-term business opportunities.
What we’re looking for
Education
1. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Nutrition, Food Science, Life Sciences, Biology, Biochemistry, Nutritionist / Dietitian, or a related field.
Experience
1. Experience or strong interest in nutraceuticals, dietary supplements, functional foods, or health ingredients.
2. 1–2 years of professional experience is desirable, ideally in ingredient distribution, product management, technical roles, or business development.
3. Experience in value-driven, science-based roles with exposure to manufacturers and customers is a plus.
Languages
1. Spanish: C1 and/or native
2. English: C1 (mandatory)
3. French: Advanced level (desirable)

1. Strong scientific background with the ability to communicate complex concepts clearly.
2. Comfortable speaking in public and presenting in English.
3. Strategic mindset and long-term business orientation.
4. Curious, proactive, and relationship-driven.
5. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
6. Comfortable working independently in a growing, entrepreneurial environment.
Location & travel
1. Approximately 50% travel, including customer visits, supplier meetings, and industry events across Europe.
2. 100% on-site position, based at our Madrid offices.
3. Group-level role with European scope.
