We are seeking an Area Manager API Key Accounts to expand and consolidate our presence in the Iberia region, leading the team to achieve revenue targets. This is a remote position open to candidates residing in Spain.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Expand and consolidate presence in the Iberia region;
2. Lead the team to achieve revenue goals;
3. Monitor and analyze team KPIs;
4. Acquire key partners such as tour operators, TMCs, and wholesalers, mainly through API channels;
5. Support the team in managing key accounts;
6. Organize search and recruitment of new business partners, strengthen current relationships, and conduct negotiations;
7. Develop team members through hiring and training;
8. Participate in developing and implementing marketing strategies;
9. Conduct market research, reporting, analysis, and forecasting using Tableau and internal tools.





Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of successful leadership in sales and account management within the travel industry, with regional market knowledge;
- Deep understanding of the Spanish travel market, especially API integrations, tour operators, TMCs, and wholesalers;
- Technical proficiency in API technology deals;
- Proven leadership skills to manage, motivate, and develop a team;
- Fluent in Spanish and English; Portuguese is a plus;
- Based in Spain;
- Up to 30% travel may be required;
- Strong analytical skills with experience using KPIs and data-driven decision-making;
- Proactive, ambitious, action-oriented, and a team player;
- Ability to work across diverse cultural contexts and an entrepreneurial mindset.
