Responsibilities

-

- The Cloud Solution Architect will partner with customers to improve the health, performance, and adoption of Microsoft 365 environments. This role combines deep technical expertise across Microsoft 365 Apps, network connectivity, and tenant health with strong skills to optimize configurations, and drive usage growth.

- Proactively assess tenant health, network readiness, and application performance, identify risks and misconfigurations while delivering actionable recommendations aligned with Microsoft best practices.

- Drive usage insights through usage analytics, governance strategies, and end-user enablement to ensure customers realize the full value of Microsoft 365.

- Provide governance, compliance, and operational guidance to strengthen platform health.

- Deliver professional customer-facing documentation summarizing health assessments, usage insights, and recommended next steps.

Required Qualifications

- Advanced level of English and French/Arabic or Italian

- Minimum 8+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 administration and optimization

- Microsoft 365 Apps (Office, Teams, Outlook)

- Experience managing and optimizing Microsoft Teams for enterprise environments

- Knowledge of M365 workloads (SharePoint Online, Exchange Online,



OneDrive for Business)

- Network connectivity for cloud services

- Microsoft Endpoint Manager and device health

- Familiarity with Microsoft Secure Score, compliance manager, and tenant health dashboards

- Strong ability to interpret usage analytics and design adoption strategies

- Understanding of Microsoft 365 health service, incidents, and operational monitoring

- Proven experience troubleshooting Microsoft 365 services and analyzing complex tenant and security configurations

- Experience in business continuity planning, incident response coordination, and process maturity assessments

- Excellent communication and documentation skills for technical and executive audiences

- Background in technical consulting or assessment-based delivery engagements

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience with network performance tuning for Microsoft 365 workloads

- Copilot for M365, Copilot Chat, Copilot Agent

- Familiarity with Entra ID architecture and identity security best practices, including Conditional Access, MFA, and privileged access

- Familiarity with compliance frameworks such as ISO 22301, NIST SP 800-34, or SOC 2 Type II in the context of operational resilience
