In this Solutions Engineer role, you help customers realize tangible business value from OpenAI technologies post-sale. You will work with senior leaders and technical teams to define GenAI roadmaps, prioritize high-value use cases, and guide projects from prototyping to enterprise-scale production. You design cross-ecosystem solutions using ChatGPT, OpenAI APIs, and related tools, while sharing best practices with internal teams. You’ll operate as a technical trusted advisor, accelerating time-to-value and driving adoption across industries. This is an opportunity to shape scalable GenAI deployments at OpenAI’s enterprise customers.
Compensaciones / Ventajas
• Serve as the primary post-sale technical SME for a portfolio of customers, embedding with their teams to design and deploy GenAI solutions
• Engage with senior stakeholders to identify, prioritize, and validate high-value GenAI applications on the roadmap
• Provide architectural guidance, build hands-on prototypes, and advise on scaling solutions for production




• Maintain relationships with leadership and technical teams to drive adoption and outcomes
• Contribute to open-source resources and enterprise-facing technical documentation to scale best practices
• Share learnings with internal teams to inform product development and improve customer outcomes
• Codify knowledge and operationalize technical success practices to scale impact across industries and customer types
Responsabilidades
• 5+ years in technical consulting, post-sales engineering, solutions architecture, or similar customer-facing roles
• Strong xqbhyrx communication skills for executive and practitioner audiences
• Experience leading complex deployments of Generative AI or ML systems, including infrastructure considerations
• Hands-on proficiency in Python, JavaScript, or similar; comfortable building prototypes/POCs
• End-to-end ownership mindset and ability to rapidly acquire new skills
• Collaborative, humble mindset and eagerness to support teammates and customers
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments with multiple workstreams
