In this role you will lead MEP pre-construction, construction, commissioning and close-out for a data hall fit-out for a global tech client in Madrid. You work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure on-time delivery, budget control and high-quality outcomes. The role combines technical MEP leadership with site coordination in a high-stakes, fast-paced environment. You will shape the execution of critical infrastructure within data centre projects and drive safety, compliance and commissioning readiness.

• Lead MEP pre-construction activities including design constructability, procurement and planning
• Oversee construction to deliver on time, within budget, and to high quality standards
• Supervise MEP system installations and ensure alignment with design intent
• Coordinate pre-construction design support focusing on MEP systems and cross-discipline collaboration
• Ensure compliance with codes, regulations and safety protocols
• Provide technical guidance on MEP installations and region-specific documents
• Lead contractor and vendor procurement




• Maintain weekly/monthly progress reporting and support monthly valuations
• Coordinate RFIs, submittals, switching, shutdowns and temporary power arrangements
• Support last planner activities and maintain safety on live environments
Responsabilidades
• Degree in Construction Management / Mechanical Engineering / Electrical Engineering or related field
• Strong knowledge of MEP construction and building systems
• Professional/tertiary qualification in project management, engineering or construction
• 5-10 years project management experience in a Data Centre or similar xqbhyrx technical environment
• Understanding of full project life cycle from inception to post-project review
• Excellent knowledge of project management concepts, tools and techniques
• Fluency in Spanish and English
• Ability to thrive in a high pressure, fast-paced environment
