In this role, you will lead product demonstrations for key Talent deals and enable a large sales team through training and certification. You’ll act as a bridge between sales, product, and market insights, shaping how our Talent solutions are positioned and adopted. You’ll gather feedback from the field to influence product direction and market strategies. This is a hands-on, cross-functional role with a clear impact on revenue and customer outcomes. You’ll join a fast-growing, collaborative team focused on transforming talent management for customers.

• Lead product demonstrations for strategic Talent deals to support closing revenue
• Develop and deliver ongoing sales training and up-skilling for a 500+ sales team




• Gather field feedback and coordinate with product to align offerings with market needs
• Design and implement a Sales Certification Program for large-scale rollout
• Conduct market research to track trends and inform product and marketing plans
Responsabilidades
• Proactive problem-solver and collaborative team player
• Excellent communication skills with ability to simplify complex concepts
• Proficiency xqbhyrx in Portuguese and English; Spanish is a plus
• Experience in Talent/People teams or B2B SaaS environments
• Experience with product demos, sales enablement, and market insights
