In this role you will anchor quality and reliability across Swiss Re’s Azure cloud platform, guiding testing, monitoring and observability as integrated disciplines. You’ll partner with platform, product and delivery teams to build secure, compliant, and durable cloud solutions. You will shape end-to-end validation and incident learning to drive engineering excellence at scale. This opportunity offers impact across a cloud transformation journey and a chance to influence platform reliability and DevOps practices. You will work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment with a clear mission to deliver value through robust cloud capabilities.
Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Define and execute test strategies for integration, performance, and reliability testing
• Build and maintain automated test frameworks and CI/CD quality gates
• Ensure end-to-end functional and non-functional validation (NFRs)
• Drive test coverage, defect analysis, and root-cause resolution
• Establish quality metrics and reporting frameworks
• Mentor engineers and uplift QA/SRE practices across teams




• Embed quality and reliability into SDLC and DevOps pipelines
• Partner with product, platform, and delivery teams to align quality with business goals
Responsabilidades
• Deep hands-on Azure knowledge
• Experience designing and executing testing strategies in cloud-native environments (integration, performance, chaos/resilience)
• Strong background in reliability or quality engineering
• Expertise in monitoring/observability: logging, metrics pipelines, distributed tracing, alerting at scale
• Infrastructure as Code xqbhyrx (IaC) e.g., Bicep; CI/CD with Azure DevOps
• Programming experience in PowerShell, Bash or Python
• Experience with Azure landing zones, DevSecOps tooling, network topology and security architecture
• Strong stakeholder communication with Product Owners, Security Leads, Architects
• Experience in DevOps/DevSecOps and continuous deployment
• English proficiency
