In this role you’ll maximize Nordex’s value from IP by analyzing patent and product landscapes in wind energy, tracking early trends, and guiding strategic decisions with cross-functional teams. You will contribute to technology development, lead IP creation activities, and communicate risk-aware insights to stakeholders. The position sits at the intersection of Ru0026amp;D, strategy, and IP, shaping how Nordex capitalizes on innovations. This is a growth-focused role in a global, sustainability-driven company.
Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Map and monitor patent and product portfolios of key wind and energy players
• Identify early technology and market trends and align with business priorities




• Engage in concept and technology development discussions to influence IP direction
• Create clear reports and communications for stakeholders across Product Strategy, Sales, Ru0026D, Service, and IP
• Lead IP creation and brainstorming sessions to generate executable ideas
• Assess IP-related risks and design mitigation plans
Responsabilidades xqbhyrx
• M.Sc in Mechanical Engineering or related field
• Experience in Intellectual Property/Business Strategy/Negotiation
• 7+ years in Ru0026D, innovation insight, benchmarking, and market intelligence
• English at C1 level; knowledge of German, Spanish, or Chinese is a plus
• Willingness to travel
