In this role you will drive sales of Supermicro’s server, storage and networking portfolio to large enterprise and public sector accounts. Located in Spain, you will manage end-to-end deals, engage with C-level executives, and grow revenue through channels and direct engagement. You’ll act as a trusted advisor, shape opportunities early, and aim for profitable growth. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to expand end-user engagement and partner ecosystems, delivering impactful solutions at scale.

• Open direct accounts or route deals via the channel; develop SI/VAR when needed
• Manage projects to successful outcomes across the sales cycle
• Build relationships with technology partners and close new opportunities
• Meet or exceed revenue and margin quotas using appropriate margin strategies
Responsabilidades
• Bachelor or equivalent work experience (high-tech preferred)
• Minimum 5 years of direct enterprise/server/storage sales
• Strong cross-cultural xqbhyrx communication and relationship-building with senior executives
• Proven pre-call planning, qualification, objection handling, and territory management
• Experience entering and tracking lead activity and reporting results
• Consistent achievement of sales targets
• Microsoft Excel proficiency
• Multi-tasking and time management skills
• Fluency in English; additional language a plus
• Adaptable to work with US hours
