In this role you will lead the end-to-end Supply Chain operations across Spain, spanning Customer Service, Order Management, Warehousing and Transportation. You will drive operational excellence, digitalization, automation, and continuous improvement in a dynamic, international environment. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize performance and KPIs while developing high-performing teams. This is a strategic role with a strong transformation imperative that connects operations to patient-focused outcomes.

• Lead Customer Service, Order Management, Warehousing and Transportation operations across Spain
• Ensure excellent customer service performance and operational reliability
• Drive transformation, digitalization and process optimization initiatives
• Lead operational excellence and continuous improvement programs
• Manage logistics partners and support network optimization initiatives
• Monitor and improve KPIs including OTIF, service level, productivity and logistics costs




• Collaborate closely with Commercial, Finance, Planning and Global Supply Chain teams

Responsabilidades
• University degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business Administration or related field
• Strong experience in Supply Chain Operations, Logistics or Customer Operations
• Proven people leadership experience in multinational environments
• Experience in Customer Service, Warehousing xqbhyrx and Transportation management
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• Experience with SAP and Supply Chain systems
• Exposure to transformation and digitalization initiatives
• Fluent English and Spanish required
• Experience in healthcare, FMCG, pharma or consumer goods industries is a plus
