As a Water Bid Support Engineer at Arup Spain, you will help craft high-quality bids for water projects across Spain and beyond. You will work closely with the Water Business Leader and technical teams to assemble multidisciplinary proposals and support commercial bid components. The role blends bid preparation with potential delivery support during peak times, enabling you to contribute to impactful water infrastructure and flood defence initiatives. You’ll operate in a collaborative, multinational environment that values sustainable solutions and professional growth.

• Prepare bids and tenders for water-related projects in Spain and international markets
• Coordinate inputs from multidisciplinary teams to produce technical proposals
• Develop methodologies, programmes, and supporting documentation




• Assist with cost estimates and commercial components of bids with senior team members
• Manage documentation, deadlines, and tender submission requirements
• Support delivery of water engineering projects during peak periods
• Collaborate with Arup teams across Europe and other regions
Responsabilidades
• Bachelor's or master's degree in civil, Environmental or Water Engineering
• 3 to 4 years of bid/tender preparation experience in Spain
• Understanding of the water sector xqbhyrx in Spain
• Strong organizational and coordination skills with attention to detail
• Ability to work in multidisciplinary and multicultural teams
• Fluent in Spanish and English (written and spoken)
