In this program you join ENGIE to transform client needs into tailored, transactable energy solutions. You’ll shape opportunities, assess risks, and design deals in a cross-functional setting across Madrid and Brussels. You gain exposure to renewable PPAs, flexibility, and hedging while working with traders, quants, risk managers, and legal teams. Responsabilidades
• Experience in top-tier strategy consulting, energy utilities or commodities trading, structured finance, risk management, or data-driven environments
• Around 3+ years of relevant professional experience
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• Commercial mindset with strategic thinking
• Excellent communication and ability to influence senior stakeholders xqbhyrx
• International mindset and ability to thrive in fast-paced environments
• Fluent English; Spanish valued; knowledge of French/Dutch/German a plus
