In this role you will design and build a scalable agent harness, enabling reliable, governed agentic workflows across complex systems. You will contribute to a platform-driven team that ships reusable patterns and golden paths, ensuring production readiness and measurable impact. You’ll define policy, guardrails, and evaluation methods to keep AI-assisted workflows safe and productive, while staying adaptable to evolving models and providers. You’ll mentor teams to reduce friction between Dev, Ops, Security and adoption teams, helping Kyndryl advance its AI-enabled platform capabilities.
Compensaciones / Ventajas
• Design and build the agent harness including runtime, orchestration, and MCP integration
• Create reusable patterns and golden paths to standardize agent development
• Define oversight models: policy-as-code, human-in-the-loop, evaluation harnesses, cost control
• Integrate agents with CI/CD, cloud services, observability, and ticketing via APIs




• Quantify agent productivity and instrument data to measure impact
• Maintain model-agnostic and versioned harness to survive upgrades
• Mentor teams and enable cross-functional collaboration across Dev, Ops, Security
Responsabilidades
• 5+ years in Platform Engineering, DevOps or SRE
• Hands-on experience building agent harnesses or agentic systems
• Strong software engineering in Python
• Cloud-native experience: Kubernetes, Containers, IaC, one major cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP)
• Understanding xqbhyrx of LLM agent failure modes and reliability engineering
• Experience treating a platform as a product with contracts, SLOs, adoption metrics
• Professional working English and Spanish
