In this leadership role, you guide system-level strategy and customer engagement for Littelfuse’s power switching and circuit protection portfolio. You drive the shift from component-centric to solution-focused offerings by aligning innovation with real-world requirements. You collaborate with Sales, Product Management, and Engineering to shape differentiated solutions and influence roadmaps, while leading validation efforts and developing technical content. You help equip the field with insights and training, enabling global cross-functional alignment and impactful customer outcomes. • Enable Sales and Field Application Engineers with actionable technical insights, tools, and training

• Lead through influence, guiding teams and decision-making across disciplines
Responsabilidades
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field; or equivalent industry experience
• 10+ years of experience in electrical systems, power electronics, or semiconductor applications
• Demonstrated expertise in system-level xqbhyrx design, architecture, and application engineering
• Strong understanding of global safety and regulatory standards (UL, IEC, ISO, AEC)
• Proven ability to translate customer needs into technical and business solutions
• Experience influencing cross-functional teams in a matrixed environment
• Background in semiconductor, circuit protection, or power electronics industries preferred
• Willingness to travel up to 30%
