As Loss Prevention Engineer within the PMC team, you drive safety-focused project execution for major Oil u0026amp; Gas and Petrochemical assets. You will oversee loss prevention design, reviews, and compliance, coordinating with Owner and contractor teams to deliver a safe, compliant, best-value solution. You’ll influence technical standards, support pre-commissioning and commissioning, and reinforce a safety-centric project culture. This role offers impact across design, construction and operation, with a path toward specialized leadership in loss prevention.

• Lead and supervise Loss Prevention engineering activities to meet scope, budget and schedule
• Coordinate technical reviews of Loss Prevention deliverables from Contractor and licensors
• Interface with Technical Departments, Operations and Maintenance to resolve issues and ensure quality execution
• Provide technical expertise across Engineering, Fabrication, Installation, Pre-commissioning and Commissioning
• Develop systems and standards for loss prevention in line with international codes and Owner requirements
• Champion Project Safety culture and engage stakeholders
• Review Contractor work for compliance with contract, specifications and standards




• Provide PMC Loss Prevention performance data and reports to Management and Owner
• Support development of new specifications and updates to existing ones
• Perform design validation calculations and bid analysis related to Loss Prevention
• Participate in Pu0026ID, HAZID/HAZOP, SIL, safety reviews, QRA and constructability reviews
• Provide guidance and coordination with other discipline engineers
• Assist in bid evaluation, contractor/vendor pre-qualification and performance evaluation
• Ensure quality and accuracy of Loss Prevention deliverables and risk studies
• Review risk management systems and emergency response plans for Loss Prevention inputs
• Support Construction, Pre-commissioning and Commissioning xqbhyrx phases
• Close out Loss Prevention action tracking across reviews and safety-related concerns
• Review technical bid submissions and analyses for Loss Prevention discipline
• Coordinate with Owner specifications and standards in all Loss Prevention activities
Responsabilidades
• Bachelor degree in engineering with 15+ years of Oil u0026 Gas or Petrochemical experience
• Minimum 5 years in a similar Leadership role managing specialists and engineers
• FEED u0026 EPC experience
• PMC experience
• Offshore project experience (minimum 5 years)
• GCC region experience preferred; ADNOC experience preferred
