In this role you drive service opportunities for Hitachi Energy’s High Voltage portfolio by crafting competitive technical and commercial tenders. You will collaborate with customers, sales, and engineering to shape value-driven service solutions and support negotiations that grow the business. You’ll work across functions on international projects in a dynamic, collaborative environment. This is a hands-on role for an engineer who enjoys both technical and commercial challenges and wants measurable impact.

• Prepare technical and commercial service tenders for High Voltage customers
• Analyze customer requirements and develop competitive service solutions
• Support the sales organization throughout the bid and proposal process
• Collaborate with engineering, operations, and commercial teams
• Develop pricing strategies aligned with business objectives
• Negotiate technical and commercial aspects of service agreements




• Ensure proposals comply with customer specifications and company standards
• Support contract reviews, amendments, and scope adjustments
• Build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders

Responsabilidades
• Degree in Industrial Engineering, preferably with a specialization in Electrical Engineering
• 3-5 years of experience in technical tendering within the electrical industry
• Experience in High Voltage products, systems, or services
• Strong understanding xqbhyrx of technical and commercial proposal processes
• Fluent in English and Spanish, both written and spoken
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Team-oriented, proactive, and results-driven approach
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned tasks
