In this role you will contribute to mobility innovation and ITS/tolling technology, using AI-augmented methods to deliver prototypes and practical solutions. You will collaborate across Ferrovial Innovation CoE4M and business units, translating needs into technical deliverables, and coordinating with external partners. The position offers exposure to cross-border projects, a matrix setup, and opportunities to shape future mobility. You will work with data, AI tools, and transport tech to create tangible value for infrastructure and mobility programs.
Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Partner with BU teams to identify innovation opportunities and support adoption
• Represent CoE4M in workshops and stakeholder engagements, translating needs into requirements
• Coordinate with Ferrovial Innovation to align initiatives across business lines
• Lead end-to-end data analysis, technology assessments, and prototypes from concept to proof-of-value
• Use AI tools as core practice for development, modelling, and delivery
• Build business cases (revenue, cost, risk) to guide scoping and prioritization
• Coordinate resources (internal u0026 external) for prototypes or initiatives




• Provide technical input, cost estimates, and budget quotes for ITS and tolling bids
Responsabilidades
• Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, Business, or equivalent quantitative/technical discipline
• 4+ years in innovation, digital, technology, AI, or data-focused roles in corporate or consulting
• 2+ years working with transport technologies and infrastructure (e.g., C-ITS, tolling systems, V2X)
• Working knowledge of mobility data standards and formats
• Hands-on fluency with AI tools beyond consumer interfaces (LLM APIs, agentic platforms) and AI-powered coding for data pipelines or prototypes
• Experience with geospatial xqbhyrx data/imagery analysis for infrastructure monitoring
• Proven track record of self-led technical work and cross-team collaboration
• Comfort engaging with stakeholders at manager/director level
• Fluent in MS Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, Copilot)
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally
• Valid passport and driving licence (B1)
