Join Fever’s Mu0026amp;A Team as an analytically rigorous Mu0026amp;A Analyst/Senior Analyst. You will drive global inorganic growth by sourcing targets in the entertainment sector, building financial models, and evaluating risks and value creation. You’ll support deal execution through due diligence, crafting investment theses, and negotiating structure and financing with senior stakeholders. This role combines quantitative rigor with high-exposure collaboration in a fast-paced, international environment. You will help shape Fever’s strategy as a category leader and contribute to impactful deals across markets.

• Build and refine financial models and valuation analyses to assess synergies and viability

Responsabilidades
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering (preferred) or Business, Economics or Finance
• 1-3 years of experience in investment banking, top-tier management consulting, corporate development, Mu0026A or strategy roles
• Strong financial modeling, valuation methodologies, and quantitative analysis xqbhyrx skills
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with exposure to senior stakeholders
• Capability to work in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment
• Genuine interest in Mu0026A and growth within a transaction-driven role
