In this role you will design, implement, and operate automation for LAN and Wi‑Fi networks within a global, cloud-managed SaaS environment. You’ll work in an international, agile squad to deliver high‑speed, low‑latency connectivity across ING locations, using automation to increase efficiency and reliability. You will mentor teammates, drive continuous improvements, and ensure secure, scalable network operations. This position offers hands-on DevOps practice in a fast-moving banking tech landscape.

• Develop and maintain automation for network infrastructure ensuring scalability, reliability and security
• Design and optimize scripts/software to automate network operations and reduce manual tasks
• Test and validate automation code and scripts from self and squad members
• Perform code reviews and enforce coding standards within the squad
• Handle incident resolution, changes, and continuous improvement for LAN Wi‑Fi services
• Document automation workflows,



standards and best practices for knowledge sharing and compliance
• Troubleshoot and perform root cause analysis for automation and network issues
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship on automation practices to squad members
• Standby/on-call duty on a rotational basis to support incidents and maintain service continuity
Responsabilidades
• 6–7+ years of experience in network automation
• Experience in Agile/DevOps environments
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, testing frameworks, and Infrastructure as Code practices
• Strong knowledge of REST APIs, Python, Git, xqbhyrx CI/CD, and Terraform
• Team player, proactive, collaborative with strong communication skills in English
• Proven experience implementing, configuring and modifying network infrastructure
• Experience with network monitoring tools; open-source solutions are a plus
• Strong analytical abilities to assess network designs from technical and security perspectives
