You define and drive the global IE u0026amp; Ru0026amp;D strategy for blade technologies, aligning with business goals and enabling safe, scalable serial production. You lead cross-functional teams across Engineering, Operations, Quality and Supply Chain to industrialize new blade tech and ensure manufacturability. You shape governance, risk management, and validation processes while driving continuous improvement in safety, quality, yield, and cost. This role offers the chance to influence product readiness at scale and contribute to sustainable growth. You will work at the frontier of wind blade manufacturing, spanning technology development to production readiness.

• Define and execute the global IE u0026 Ru0026D strategy for blade manufacturing aligned with business objectives
• Lead development and industrialization of new blade technologies, materials, processes, and production technologies
• Ensure Manufacturing Readiness Levels (MRL) and DFMA requirements before serial production
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on safety, quality, productivity, yield, and cost optimization
• Establish governance, validation, testing, qualification, and risk management processes for technology development




• Partner with Engineering, Operations, Quality, Supply Chain, Procurement, and Commercial teams to align priorities
• Lead and develop global IE and Ru0026D teams, driving innovation, standardization, and operational excellence across sites
Responsabilidades
• Minimum 15 years of leadership experience in IE, Process Engineering, Product Development, Technology Development, or Ru0026D within wind turbine blades and composites
• Proven success leading global engineering or innovation organizations in multinational environments
• Track record delivering large-scale technology, manufacturing, automation, or transformation programs
• Experience with xqbhyrx PLM, digital engineering, simulation, and advanced analytics
• Strong knowledge of quality management systems, DFMEA, PFMEA, regulatory compliance, certification requirements, and risk management
• Solid understanding of LEAN Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and operational excellence with stakeholder management and leadership capabilities
