You join IDOM’s Buildings team as a Junior Architect to work on national and international projects. In a multidisciplinary setting, you contribute to design and development while leveraging the latest BIM and design tools. You will grow through hands-on work, competitions, and collaboration with diverse teams. This role offers a clear path to increased responsibility and potential partnership in a multinational, values-driven firm.
Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Contribute to architectural design and project development for buildings of various scales
• Collaborate in a multidisciplinary team using BIM and design tools
• Participate in competitions and project work for national and international clients
• Support senior designers in concept development and visualization
• Apply Revit-BIM workflows and design software to create and refine models and drawings




• Engage with cross-functional teams to meet project timelines and quality standards
Responsabilidades
• Master in Architecture or equivalent
• 1–2 years of professional experience in building projects (national and international)
• Proficiency with Revit-BIM
• Strong skills in Rhino, AutoCAD, Revit, Enscape, and Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop)
• Team player with technical xqbhyrx excellence; able to work independently with an innovative mindset
• Advanced English
• Interest in joining a multinational company and contributing to sustainable projects
