In this role, you will manage the supply chain for the MRTT programme at the Getafe plant, ensuring timely delivery and budget adherence. You will work closely with engineering, production and quality teams to integrate components and mitigate risks. You’ll negotiate supplier contracts, analyze markets, and drive continuous improvements in supply chain processes. This position offers cross-functional impact within a leading aerospace environment and opportunities to shape procurement strategies.

• Manage end-to-end supply chain for the MRTT programme, meeting deadlines and budget targets
• Negotiate supplier contracts and monitor performance
• Identify and mitigate supply chain risks with proactive solutions
• Collaborate with engineering, production and quality to ensure correct component integration
• Conduct market and trend analysis to optimize procurement strategies
• Maintain up-to-date supply chain documentation and supplier agreements

Responsabilidades
• Master's degree in Engineering (or related field as stated)
• Proven experience in supply chain management, purchasing or procurement, preferably in aerospace/high-tech
• Knowledge of supply chain tools and methodologies
• Excellent negotiation, communication and problem-solving xqbhyrx skills
• Ability to work independently and in a multidisciplinary team
• Proficiency in Spanish and English (oral and written)
• Knowledge of SAP or other ERP systems an advantage
• Willingness to travel to other Airbus plants or suppliers
