In this role you drive AI-powered workplace transformation within Swiss Re's Digital Workplace team, shaping strategy, adoption, governance, and delivery of intelligent tools like Microsoft 365, Copilot, and ChatGPT Enterprise. You will translate regulatory and risk requirements into technical controls, collaborate with cross-functional partners, and lead secure, scalable implementation of Workplace AI. You’ll balance hands-on delivery with technical leadership to generate measurable business value. This is a high-impact opportunity to influence how 14,000+ employees connect and work.

• Identify and deploy new Workplace AI and Microsoft 365 capabilities aligned with business needs
• Design and implement AI security, governance, and compliance controls translating EU AI Act, GDPR, and internal policies into procedures
• Co-lead strategy and adoption of AI-powered tools (Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT Enterprise) delivering measurable value
• Monitor developments in Workplace AI; engage vendors and stakeholders to stay current
• Leverage data platforms (Palantir Foundry, MS Power Platform) for data-driven decisions and visualisations
• Hands-on agentic implementation with Copilot Studio,



ChatGPT Enterprise and related platforms
• Upskill teams, refine controls, and promote learning/collaboration across functions
Responsabilidades
• Expert knowledge of Workplace AI and agentic architecture (e.g., Microsoft 365 Copilot, ChatGPT Enterprise) with ability to translate into business value
• Advanced data management and visualization skills with MS Power Platform and Palantir Foundry
• Strong Microsoft 365 platform knowledge including security, governance, and compliance (Microsoft Purview)
• Automation/scripting proficiency (PowerShell, Power Automate); experience with DevOps and CI/CD
• Good understanding of Azure Cloud, Networking, xqbhyrx IAM, and provisioning/authorization concepts
• Solid grasp of GDPR, EU AI Act, and governance practices for AI solutions
• Hands-on experience with agentic platforms (ChatGPT Enterprise, Copilot Studio)
• Development experience in modern languages (C#, JavaScript, Python)
• Fluent English; strong communication across levels
• Nice-to-have: general enterprise experience, insurance/finance sector familiarity, agile SCRUM
