As Senior Director of Product Design for platforms, you shape the Dow Jones design system and platform used by all B2B products. You lead a design team and partner with product, engineering, and research to drive coherence across Factiva, Risk u0026amp; Compliance, Geopolitical Risk, and NewsWires. You treat the design system as a product with its own roadmap, adoption metrics, and governance. This role centers on unifying multiple products into one referential platform that elevates every product’s quality and impact. You’ll operate at the executive level to influence multi-year product strategy and design outcomes.

• 15+ years of product design experience with 7+ years in senior leadership
• Deep experience building and governing design systems and platforms that are actually adopted

• Strategic partnerships with product and engineering leadership
• Hiring and coaching instinct with ability to build a high-impact senior team
• Experience in B2B at enterprise scale (media, publishing, or enterprise technology)
