In this Senior role, you own a major portion of the Last Mile Su0026amp;OP forecasting process across Europe, setting methodology and defending the plan to senior leadership. You lead projects to automate and standardize the end-to-end planning workflow and mentor junior analysts. You work hands-on with data and models to drive accuracy, speed, and cost efficiency. The role bridges operations, transportation and upstream planning to optimize the European network.

• Own a broad forecasting scope end to end and set the methodology followed by others
• Own a critical part of the weekly planning cadence and manage ambiguity among priorities
• Report the plan to senior leadership, justify assumptions and trade-offs
• Lead root-cause deep-dives on forecast misses and drive corrective actions




• Mentor and develop junior analysts
• Lead automation projects to reduce manual effort and speed up the plan
• Drive end-to-end alignment with operations, transportation and upstream planning teams
• Lead process-improvement and standardisation initiatives and quantify business impact
• Build and scale forecasting tools and models and drive adoption
• Hands-on data xqbhyrx work (Python, SQL, AWS) to build models, automation and analysis
Responsabilidades
• Master's degree in business, engineering, statistics, computer science, mathematics or related field
• Experience managing, analyzing and communicating results to senior leadership
• Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau and scripting languages like R and Python
