In this Director role, you will drive complex financial restructurings for debtors, creditors and other stakeholders within FTI's Corporate Finance u0026amp; Restructuring practice in Madrid. You will lead engagement structuring, manage cross-functional teams, and communicate progress to clients and sponsors, while shaping strategic recommendations. The position combines project leadership, business development, and coaching to grow client impact. Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Lead engagement structuring, scope, and deliverables
• Manage project teams to meet timelines and budgets
• Communicate progress and issues to external stakeholders
• Coach junior team members and address performance/issues
• Develop initial views to discuss with senior leadership
• Own deliverables delivered to clients




• Lead business development activities and client relationship efforts
• Prepare and participate in pitches and thought leadership
• Provide on-the-job coaching and training to the team
• Build personal networks and participate in training activities
Responsabilidades
• Several years of restructuring/turnaround corporate finance experience
• Experience delivering and managing restructuring/advisory work
• Experience in team management and report writing for large xqbhyrx deliverables
• Background in investment banking, private equity, leveraged/structured finance, or financial advisory with debt restructuring focus
• Excellent financial modeling and analytical skills
• Spanish native, fluent in English
• Strong communication and relationship management skills
• Ability to work in meritocratic, results-driven environment
• Experience in business development and revenue generation for director level
