In this role, you bridge business needs with Miles software to unlock value for general automotive and leasing clients. You will challenge processes, design efficient workflows, and mentor teammates while acting as a trusted advisor to clients. You collaborate with product management to feed market insights back into development and ensure solutions deliver measurable business impact. This is a hands-on, international role in a growth‑oriented company.
Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Lead high-level workshops with client stakeholders to map and optimize business processes
• Translate complex requirements into precise functional specifications for development and implementation teams
• Perform gap analyses to align client needs with the Miles solution
• Advise clients on industry best practices and promote standard, efficient workflows

• Collaborate with product management to incorporate market trends and client feedback into Miles development
Responsabilidades
• Extensive experience in business analysis, process consulting, or similar IT/finance roles
• Deep domain knowledge in automotive finance, leasing, fleet management, or banking
• Strong analytical skills for structuring unstructured information
• Excellent communicator able to xqbhyrx speak with executives and developers
• Experience modeling business processes (e.g., BPMN) and writing functional designs
• Fluent in English and comfortable in an international environment
