In this AR Analyst role, you will support Accounts Receivable, invoicing and collections across the Group to ensure timely cash collection and SOX-compliant reporting. You will collaborate with Finance, Shared Services and various entities to drive process improvements and accurate billing. The position emphasizes compliance with local tax rules, cross-functional coordination, and delivering insightful AR-related reports. You will work in a people-focused, collaborative environment that values continuous learning and operational excellence.
Compensaciones / Beneficios
• Review draft invoices and issue/invoice submission to clients
• Understand and apply local tax invoicing regulations
• Manage electronic invoicing across platforms (Tungsten, Ariba, Naturgy, Facturae)
• Resolve client discrepancies in coordination with group entities and internal departments
• Prepare client finance reports (SOX, KPIs) and support internal controls
• Suggest improvements to improve AR processes and efficiency
• Oversee end-to-end collections,



ensuring timely payments and resolving disputes
• Reconcile payments and maintain AR records; support cash management and forecasting
• Prepare AR reporting (aging, month-end close, SOX documentation)
• Build relationships with internal/external stakeholders to optimize collections
• Drive continuous improvement through audits, procedures maintenance, and process efficiencies
Responsabilidades
• Minimum 4 years' experience in Accounts Receivable in a large organization
• Italian language proficiency C1 or native (essential) xqbhyrx
• English language proficiency B2+
• Intermediate to advanced Excel skills
• Familiarity with Outlook and shared mailboxes
• Finance background
• Strong communication and relationship-building abilities
• Self-motivated, energetic, detail-oriented, and able to meet deadlines under pressure
• Organized with good prioritization skills
• Commercially focused with strong customer service orientation
