In this role, you own and evolve Amenitiz’s commercial systems, ensuring CRM, apps, integrations, and automations scale with the business. You will connect Sales, Customer Success, Finance, Marketing, and Product through scalable data flows, blending strong Python, API, and SQL skills with HubSpot expertise. You design processes that balance usability, automation, and data quality while partnering with cross-functional teams. You’ll drive reliability, continuous improvement, and AI-powered automations to uplift operations at scale.
Compensaciones / Beneficios
• Own the architecture, administration, and scalability of HubSpot including lifecycle stages, custom objects, permissions, validation rules, workflows, and governance
• Design business processes to balance usability, automation, and data quality
• Manage system configuration with a view to long-term maintainability
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance, and Operations to translate requirements into scalable solutions
• Design, build, and maintain integrations between HubSpot and internal/third-party systems using APIs, webhooks, and middleware
• Develop Python services and scripts to automate processes and synchronize data across systems
• Monitor, maintain, and improve integration reliability, observability, and error handling




• Build automated workflows to eliminate manual work and improve efficiency, with AI-powered automations where appropriate
• Maintain high-quality CRM data via validation, enrichment, deduplication, and governance; support reporting across integrated systems
• Own Python codebases for business operations, write clean, tested code; use SQL for data issues and reporting; apply best practices; seek to reduce debt and improve performance
Responsabilidades
• 5+ years in Revenue/Sales/CRM/RevOps engineering or analytics roles in SaaS/high-growth tech
• Proficient Python development (testing, deployment, refactoring) and end-to-end app ownership
• SQL proficiency; version control xqbhyrx (Git/GitHub)
• HubSpot expert: workflows, custom objects, automations, API integrations
• API literacy: reading docs and designing integration flows
• Strong understanding of subscription metrics (MRR, Sales Velocity, CAC, LTV, NRR)
• Experience across geographies/segments with different maturity levels
• English plus at least one of: French, Italian, Spanish or Portuguese
