As EMEA Labor Relations Manager, you partner with HR and business leaders to navigate local labor and collective requirements across Southern Europe while contributing to EU-wide LR initiatives. You translate regional direction into local deployment, balancing employee trust with business velocity. You will provide expert counsel, develop LR capability, and influence cross-country change programmes. This role combines strategic and hands-on LR work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with meaningful impact on workforce relations.

• Serve as the strategic LR partner for Spain and/or Italy, equipping leaders with tools and frameworks to manage collective environments
• Proactively identify and mitigate labor risks through stakeholder guidance
• Provide expert counsel on local collective requirements and ensure compliance with labor laws




• Build LR capability within HR via coaching and framework development
• Support multi-country change programmes with local expertise (restructures, tool deployments, policy changes)
• Contribute to design and improvement of EU LR frameworks, playbooks, and operating models
• Provide the local LR perspective on business initiatives to build trust from Day 1
• Engage in cross-regional projects to enhance EU LR knowledge and capability
Responsabilidades
• Bachelor's xqbhyrx degree
• Experience in labor/employee relations or employment law
• Specialised LR expertise in Spain or Italy with deep knowledge of local labor laws and co-determination frameworks
• Experience delivering complex LR programmes (collective requirements, policy implementations)
• Experience advising Director-level leadership on workforce matters
• Fluent in English (CEFR C1) and Spanish or Italian (CEFR C2)
