In this role, you guide organizations through Workday HR transformations, delivering cloud-based HR solutions and maximizing Workday investments. You work within a global advisory team to drive deployments and transformations for major international clients, shaping industry-leading methods and assets. You will lead workstreams, engage stakeholders, and collaborate with clients and Workday to implement robust, scalable solutions. Responsabilidades
• Proven Workday functional experience with HCM Core Services and Recruiting
• Strong consulting skills with focus on Workday design and end-to-end HRIS understanding
• Excellent stakeholder management and client alignment
• xqbhyrx Ability to manage travel requirements and lead teams and client interactions
• Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• Fluent in English
• Workday certifications in HCM and Recruiting (preferred)
