Join AST SpaceMobile's Flight Assurance team to ensure hardware and documentation meet manufacturing, configuration, and quality standards for space hardware. You will act as the final checkpoint before shipment, maintaining traceability and proper approvals. This role supports cross-functional coordination between Barcelona manufacturing and Texas satellite integration, contributing to a high-reliability aerospace workflow. You help secure compliant,-ready documentation and hardware packages for US acceptance, enabling reliable space-based connectivity for billions. This is a hands-on role in a mission-driven, quality-focused environment.
Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Review production and quality documentation for flight hardware and electronic assemblies
• Verify PCB revisions, assemblies, and final configurations against the manufacturing baseline
• Ensure traceability between hardware, BOMs, serial numbers, and related documents
• Confirm proper recording and approval of manufacturing, inspection,



and testing activities
• Verify required signatures and approvals before hardware release
• Prepare documentation required for shipment to the United States as part of the acceptance package
• Coordinate with production teams to resolve discrepancies or incomplete documentation
• Maintain organized, up-to-date records and document repositories
• Ensure compliance with internal procedures and aerospace quality standards
Responsabilidades
• Bachelor's degree in Electronic Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, xqbhyrx Industrial Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, or related discipline
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience
• Knowledge of PCB assemblies, manufacturing revisions, and product configuration management
• Familiarity with QA and/or Flight Assurance processes in regulated environments
• Experience with acceptance documentation or hardware release packages
• Experience in quality, electronics, aerospace, manufacturing, or industrial environments is a plus
