In this role, you will shape Nexthink’s visual language to support both IT professionals and business end-users. You will set design standards and voice, and lead the adoption of a scalable design system across teams. You’ll collaborate with product, design, and engineering to ensure cohesive experiences and a distinctive product identity. This position offers the chance to impact millions of enterprise users by delivering smooth, frictionless software. Responsabilidades
• 5+ years of experience as product/visual/UX designer with hands-on design system experience
• Experience designing complex enterprise applications
• Expert knowledge of Figma (components, variants, tokens)
• Strong eye for typography, hierarchy, iconography, spacing; judgment to balance consistency
• Familiarity with frontend constraints and xqbhyrx design-to-code workflows
• Excellent attention to detail and user-first mindset
• Strong communication and negotiation skills; ability to influence teams
• English proficiency; French a plus
• Portfolio showing design systems work and user-centered solutions
