As Billing u0026amp; Reservations Coordinator at Grand Hyatt Barcelona, you will manage reservation administration and the end-to-end billing process to ensure timely payments and a seamless guest experience. You will collaborate with Reservations, Finance, Front Office, guests, agencies, and partners to keep accurate records and handle invoices and payment issues. Your work supports smooth check-ins, accurate folios, and compliant financial controls in a luxury setting. This role offers the chance to impact guest satisfaction while working within a global hospitality brand.
Compensaciones / Beneficios
• Process, modify, and cancel reservations in Opera Cloud PMS
• Verify reservation details, rates, payment methods, and special requests
• Manage deposits, prepayments, payment links, VCC, and billing arrangements
• Follow up on pending payments with guests, agencies, and corporate clients
• Generate and review invoices, refunds, and billing adjustments
• Ensure accurate billing instructions, PM accounts, and folio management
• Coordinate with Finance on payment discrepancies and outstanding balances




• Respond to billing and reservation enquiries professionally and promptly
• Maintain guest records in Opera Cloud PMS
• Support reporting on arrivals, payments, and billing exceptions
• Ensure compliance with hotel procedures, financial controls, and data protection standards
Responsabilidades
• Previous hotel experience in Reservations, Billing, Revenue Support, or Front Office
• Strong knowledge of Opera Cloud PMS
• Understanding of hotel billing, payment, and invoicing processes
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Strong communication xqbhyrx and customer service abilities
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook and Excel
• Fluent in English and Spanish; additional languages are an asset
