As Model Art Lead, you guide the creation and standards for characters, weapons, and vehicle models across a integral artist team. You mentor colleagues, refine pipelines, and ensure high-quality, performance-conscious assets for our franchise. You collaborate with cross-functional leads and photogrammetry experts to push realism and consistency in-game visuals. This Barcelona-based role emphasizes hands-on leadership, process documentation, and shaping the studio’s art direction. You’ll help drive the craft of our iconic Call of Duty assets while balancing speed and quality in a fast-paced environment.

• Research and adopt latest techniques and industry standards
• Collaborate with Tools, Engine, and Tech Art to improve workflows and tools
• Create documentation of processes for others to follow
• Provide feedback on quality and technical execution to internal and external artists
Responsabilidades
• 7+ years in industry creating realistic models for 3rd person games xqbhyrx in a Senior Artist or Art Leadership role
• 3+ years in a leadership role supervising artists
• Experience with photogrammetry to add realistic details
• Advanced skills in Unreal Engine, Substance Designer, Substance Painter, Adobe Photoshop
• Strong knowledge of 3D modeling software (ZBrush, Maya, 3ds Max, Blender)
• Deep understanding of Physically Based Rendering (PBR) practices
