As a Cloud Engineer - Data Platforms, you architect, implement and maintain the infrastructure and deployment pipelines for Roche's search platform on AWS. You collaborate across stakeholders to deliver scalable, reliable and secure cloud solutions in a global environment. You will monitor service health, improve IT infrastructure reliability, and contribute to building enterprise-grade cloud capabilities. This role offers the chance to shape how data-driven search pipelines support healthcare outcomes at scale.

• Drive priorities, milestones and deliverables under product management direction
• Contribute to technical implementations and decision-making for cloud-based search platforms
• Meet SLAs for customer deployments in a general setting
• Maintain service availability and overall system health with focus on reliability
• Coordinate with clients,



IT departments and managed service providers on cloud IT solutions
• Troubleshoot issues and conduct root cause analysis
Responsabilidades
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent IT experience
• +5 years in multinational work environments; healthcare experience a plus
• Experience with public cloud platforms (AWS and Azure) and hybrid multi-cloud designs
• Proficiency with containers and serverless AWS services (EKS, Lambda, ECR)
• Cloud networking xqbhyrx and application networking experience (VPC, Security Groups, Transit Gateway, API Gateway, NLB/ALB)
• Observability and monitoring tools experience (Grafana)
• DevOps automation (Gitlab CI/CD, Ansible)
• Infrastructure as code (CloudFormation, Terraform)
• Python development experience
• FinOps and cost optimization awareness
• AI pipeline development is a plus
• Preferred certifications: AWS Architect Professional/DevOps, Azure Solutions Architect Expert
