As Product Owner Insurance Value Chain Manager, you will steer Santander's global digital insurance initiatives and embedded insurance across the bank. You’ll bridge business strategy, customer needs, and technology, coordinating an international team to deliver scalable, modular insurance capabilities. You’ll shape embedded insurance experiences across channels and journeys, driving cross-country digital projects. This role offers impact on a general, risk-aware digital transformation within a customer-centric culture.
Compensaciones / Beneficios
• Define and evolve the digital insurance roadmap aligned with business priorities and embedded strategy across Santander ecosystems
• Own and prioritize the digital insurance backlog, translating needs into epics and user stories, leading end-to-end delivery
• Lead development of embedded insurance experiences across channels including onboarding, cards/payments, and contextual offers




• Coordinate a development squad based in Brazil, ensuring agile practices, delivery quality, and timely releases
• Design end-to-end insurance journeys and improve self-service capabilities with omnichannel consistency
• Stakeholder management across global and local teams, aligning priorities across countries and platforms
Responsabilidades
• 12+ years in Product Owner, digital product management, and digital transformation within insurance or financial services
• Experience delivering digital products and platforms in agile xqbhyrx environments and managing international/distribution teams
• Proven track record leading end-to-end digital initiatives in global or multi-country contexts
• Bachelor's degree (as stated) with preference for MBA or postgraduate studies
• Fluent in English and Spanish
