As a Cybersecurity Manager focused on Zero Trust, you lead security transformation for international clients, designing end-to-end Zero Trust architectures and guiding maturity from assessment to deployment. You bridge hands-on engineering with strategic vision, coordinating identity, segmentation and access controls within complex environments. This role couples technical execution with governance, pre-sales and customer-facing initiatives to advance secure, scalable ecosystems. You will shape adoption roadmaps and validate architectures to drive business impact.
Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Define and implement Zero Trust adoption strategies and roadmaps aligned with standards (NIST SP 800-207, CISA ZTM)
• Design reference architectures across identity, devices, networks, applications/workloads, and data
• Perform Zero Trust maturity assessments and translate results into prioritized plans
• Implement Zero Trust Network Access (ZTNA) solutions to replace VPN
• Design/integrate IAM, MFA, conditional access, and least privilege models
• Define dynamic access policies based on context, identity, and device posture




• Design/deploy network and workload microsegmentation in hybrid environments
• Integrate security controls into cloud workloads (CASB, CWPP, SSE/SASE)
• Implement data controls and encryption by data classification
• Manage security projects, ensure scope/timelines/quality
• Define processes for identity management, change management, and hardening
• Validate architecture via phishing/ransomware/red team exercises and response simulations
• Align implementations with GDPR, ENS, NIS2, DORA and ISO 27001, and participate in pre-sales and solution design for clients
Responsabilidades xqbhyrx
• Degree in Telecommunications Engineering, Computer Science/Software Engineering, or equivalent
• Minimum 6 years in cybersecurity projects with experience in Zero Trust architectures in international environments
• Hands-on experience in IAM/MFA, ZTNA, microsegmentation, SASE/SSE, cloud security (Azure, AWS, or GCP)
• Advanced English (written and spoken)
