As Logistics Execution Coordinator, you ensure a steady, cost-efficient supply of equipment to customers by orchestrating order processing, fleet management, and timely deliveries. You’ll work with cross-functional teams to align logistics with business goals, resolve urgent issues, and monitor performance to sustain high customer satisfaction. The role offers international exposure within a sustainability-driven organization and a hybrid work setup, emphasizing impactful, data-informed improvements.
Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Oversee order processing to secure on-time deliveries and monitor logistics performance
• Manage dedicated fleets and routes to adhere to schedules and minimize disruptions
• Serve as primary contact for customers, handling queries and urgent requests in real time
• Support central teams in resolving logistics incidents with minimal service impact




• Track metrics on on-time deliveries, transport quality, and customer satisfaction; address variances
• Identify opportunities to optimize logistics processes and reduce costs in collaboration with internal and external partners
• Collaborate with customer service, sales, and supply chain teams to align logistics with broader goals
Responsabilidades
• Supply Chain experience
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent by experience
• 1-3 years in a xqbhyrx Supply Chain Management environment
• Knowledge of transport planning and tendering (advantage)
• Experience with office environments and frequent customer/provider contact
• Experience handling urgent requests and international office environments (plus)
• Knowledge of CHEP, BlueYonder, SAP, BlueJay, Excel is a plus
• Languages: English and Italian (essential)
