We are currently recruiting a Finance & Administration Manager for a growing international organisation operating within a specialised industrial and technology-driven environment in Madrid.The company offers the opportunity to join a dynamic and entrepreneurial business backed by a larger international group structure. The role combines financial leadership, business partnering and administrative responsibility, providing significant exposure to senior management and the opportunity to contribute directly to the company's future growth.
¿Qué harás en tu reciente puesto?
- Manage the full accounting cycle, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, treasury and banking activities.
- Prepare monthly management accounts, budgets, forecasts and financial reports.
- Ensure compliance with tax, statutory and regulatory requirements.
- Manage cash flow and support treasury planning activities.
- Oversee inventory accounting, stock valuation and financial controls.
- Coordinate relationships with auditors, legal advisors, tax consultants and external stakeholders.
- Act as a business partner to senior management, providing financial analysis and decision-making support.




- Support ERP enhancements and process improvement initiatives.
- Assume responsibility for a range of administrative and operational activities.
- Participate in local and international business projects.
¿A quién buscamos (H/M/D)?
A successful Finance Manager should have:
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or Business Administration.
- Minimum 8-10 years' experience within finance, accounting or financial control positions.
- Strong accounting and financial reporting knowledge.
- Previous experience in industrial, manufacturing, distribution or product-based environments.
- Experience managing month-end close, audits, tax compliance and budgeting processes.
- Strong understanding of inventory and cost management.
- Previous ERP experience.
- Fluent Spanish and English.
- Hands-on approach and ability to operate autonomously.
- Strong communication, organisational and stakeholder management skills.
