As Engineering Manager, you lead the Database u0026amp; Streaming squad inside Glovo's Developer Platform, shaping automation for data storage and streaming tooling used by software engineers worldwide. You own the product roadmap with your counterpart, guiding iterative delivery to enable fast value. You balance usability with security standards like PCI-DSS, empowering developers while staying compliant. This role centers on building tooling for customers to deploy and manage infrastructure, not DBA work. You will influence platform direction and scale.

• Own the product roadmap with your Product counterpart and drive iterative delivery
• Balance customer usability with security requirements to enable developer ownership and compliance

• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to align priorities and outcomes
• Mentor engineers across career levels, from junior to staff/principal

Responsabilidades
• Experience leading technical teams across career stages (junior to staff/principal)
• Software development lifecycle expertise from ideation to release
• Ability to decompose projects and deliver iteratively xqbhyrx for broad customer value
• Proven prioritization in a heterogeneous stakeholder environment
• Solid knowledge of Kubernetes Operators and Golang is a strong plus
• Strong understanding of data storage or streaming systems, ideally cloud-based
