Participate in project, contract,



and large-order review meetings.
•Maintain accurate customer, pricing, and order data in SAP and CRM systems.
•Register and follow up on customer complaints, ensuring alignment with quality and service standards.
•Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, KPIs monitoring, and system enhancements.
•Support the wider EMEA Customer Service team as needed.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or a related field.
•1–2 years of experience in Customer Service, Sales Support, or similar roles.
•Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
•Experience working with SAP (SD module) and CRM tools (Salesforce preferred). xqbhyrx
•Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
