In this role you join Global Operational Excellence to drive data-driven improvements across EU inbound supply chain. You shape scalable data pipelines and analytics that link root causes to delivery outcomes, collaborating with cross-functional teams. You’ll build and automate analyses, dashboards, and self-service tools to surface opportunities before they impact customers. You leverage large-scale data and models to quantify impact, influence leadership decisions, and advance the mission of reliable, cost-efficient delivery.
Compensaciones / Ventajas
• Own ETL pipelines and data infrastructure for Inbound Speed and DEA metric reporting, including automated queries and alerts
• Write advanced SQL against big data warehouses (Andes/Redshift, Athena) to perform root-cause analysis on placement and transportation defects
• Develop Python-based automation for data processing, anomaly detection, and reporting workflows
• Build statistical models to quantify the impact of disruptions and backlog on delivery promises
• Design and maintain dashboards and self-service tools (QuickSight, automated reports) for proactive problem detection
• Drive the data-driven process improvement roadmap influencing decisions across levels
• Perform large-scale data mining across multiple databases to identify patterns in transship flows and network performance
• Collaborate with tech teams to translate findings into system requirements and configuration changes




• Develop automated data quality checks and monitoring frameworks for critical metrics
• Enable front-line teams with tools to surface defects and track corrective action effectiveness
• Write and optimize SQL queries across sources to investigate missed delivery promises and associated root causes
• Maintain Python scripts for daily/weekly data pulls, transformations, and reports
• Collaborate with BI, PMs, and Finance to develop scalable metrics frameworks
• Scale deep-dives into network-wide impacts using statistical methods
• Translate operational challenges into structured analytical problems and data-driven technical solutions
• Present data-driven recommendations to senior leadership with quantified impact
• Develop and maintain scheduled data transformations for automated reporting
• Monitor xqbhyrx alerting systems and triage real-time operational issues
Responsabilidades
• Bachelor's degree in Math, Engineering, Science or Business
• Experience in ETL management/data pipelines
• Experience with reporting and data visualization tools (QuickSight, Tableau, Power BI)
• Experience collaborating with operations and business teams to communicate impact
• Experience in automation and analysis or in building business intelligence reports
• Experience in data warehouse architectures, ETL/ELT, data modeling, and hands-on SQL
• Experience in data analytics, BI, or data engineering within operations or supply chain
• Python programming experience (pandas, numpy), automation (boto3, scheduling), and basic statistics
