As Associate Director for Data Centre, Business Operations in Spain, you will lead the financial performance and operational capability of the data centre practice. You will partner across functions to scale the business, ensure delivery excellence, and implement process improvements. You’ll drive planning, budgeting, and forecasting, while shaping capability building and onboarding to raise standards. This is a strategic role with a clear impact on margins, uptake of best practices, and cross‑functional collaboration.

• Lead monthly financial operations: budgeting, forecasting, and job profitability
• Oversee invoicing for client payments and sub-consultant receipts
• Manage annual budgets, fee projections, and tracking processes
• Support effective use of D365 for financial processing and forecasting
• Conduct monthly commission reviews to optimize margins and returns
• Support sector growth through hiring needs planning, onboarding, training, and mentoring




• Oversee quality assurance to ensure high performance and standards on projects
• Collaborate with DC Centres of Excellence (CEIs) and Technical Department to share best practices, templates, and processes
• Provide execution assurance for major projects and participate in the DC Improvement and Innovation Plan (PMeI)
Responsabilidades
• Relevant degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
• Minimum 7 years of operational leadership experience in professional services, ideally Data Centre xqbhyrx sector
• Experience leading and delivering large-scale construction projects and programmes
• Proactive, detail driven, hands-on with a collaborative problem-solving approach
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills; ability to influence and engage clients and senior management
• Fluent in Spanish and English
